Overview

The Audit Manager at Trinity Envision Business Services LLC will play a crucial leadership role within the audit and assurance practice of a well-established CPA firm. This position is suitable for an experienced audit professional who will manage engagements from start to finish, oversee teams, and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high standards of quality and consistency.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead and manage audit and review engagements from planning through completion
  • Oversee audits and reviews for both for-profit and nonprofit organizations
  • Supervise, mentor, and review work prepared by senior and junior audit staff
  • Ensure audits are performed in accordance with professional standards and firm methodologies
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for audit clients
  • Collaborate with the Audit Partner on engagement strategy, scheduling, and execution
  • Identify issues and ensure timely resolution throughout engagements
  • Support continuous improvement within the audit practice

Required skills

  • 6 to 10+ years of public accounting audit experience
  • 3+ years in an Audit Manager role
  • Strong management of audits and reviews for both nonprofit and for-profit clients
  • Active CPA license
  • Independent engagement management
  • Strong communication, leadership, and client-facing skills
  • Stable employment history
