Overview

As an Audio Visual Technician III at Marriott International, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and troubleshooting various AV equipment used in events and meetings. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to interact positively with guests, ensuring that all equipment functions correctly during events.

Key responsibilities

  • Set up and troubleshoot AV/projection/lighting/conferencing equipment.
  • Oversee AV equipment in banquet and meeting rooms.
  • Ensure all AV equipment is fully operational and maintain it as necessary.
  • Communicate equipment issues to management.
  • Assist guests in using AV equipment and up-sell services.
  • Monitor equipment operation during events.
  • Follow all company safety and security policies.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and confidentiality.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with team members.
