Overview

Ried Physical Therapy is seeking a Licensed Athletic Trainer to join their award-winning, one-on-one manual therapy-based clinic in Fort Worth, Texas. This role focuses on patient care, assessment, and developing effective management plans within a supportive and professional environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Contributes to physical therapists' effectiveness by identifying patient care issues and implementing physical therapy directives
  • Assesses patient health through interviews and physical examinations
  • Documents patient care services by charting in patient and department records
  • Performs therapeutic procedures by administering manual therapy and exercises
  • Instructs and counsels patients on therapeutic regimens and wellness
  • Develops and implements patient management plans
  • Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with regulations
  • Maintains legal and accreditation compliance
  • Participates in educational opportunities and professional organizations
  • Contributes to community outreach and education activities as needed

Required skills

  • Experience in athletic training or a related field, with a focus on manual therapy
