Overview

Adecco is looking for an Associate Recruiter to support recruitment efforts in Chandler Heights, Arizona. This role involves sourcing and assessing candidates while fostering a positive candidate experience, within a company that prioritizes talent acquisition and workforce development.

Key responsibilities

  • Source, recruit, screen, and interview bilingual candidates for various opportunities
  • Develop and execute recruiting strategies and administer job postings
  • Conduct candidate assessments and provide resume and interview coaching
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and prioritize requisitions
  • Maintain candidate records in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Support onboarding activities

Required skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Knowledge of sourcing tools and recruiting best practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
