Overview

The Associate, Manufacturing position involves operating and setting up a machine under the mentorship of an experienced operator. This role focuses on maintaining safety and quality standards while ensuring efficient production processes in a manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist with setup, operation, and cleaning of the machine
  • Perform preventative maintenance on equipment
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
  • Maintain accurate documentation such as operation logs and batch records
  • Inspect products for quality and perform necessary sampling and testing
  • Handle inventory movements and maintain inventory control
  • Maintain a clean work area and dismantle equipment as required
  • Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhere to safety protocols
  • Work extended hours and occasional weekends
