ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY - LITIGATION BUSINESS & COMMERCIAL LITIGATION Location: Miami, FL HYBRID - Regular in-office presence with some flexibility for work-from-home A top-10 AmLaw international law firm is seeking a mid-level Associate Attorney to join their dynamic Business & Commercial Litigation Practice Group in Miami(link removed) This is an exciting opportunity for a driven litigator to work on sophisticated disputes while learning from a nationally recognized team. The position offers hands-on experience across all stages of litigation, as well as meaningful mentorship and professional development. Candidate Profile JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record Active Bar Admission in Florida, in good standing.4+ years of general litigation experience across a broad range of practices.Completion of a federal or state supreme court judicial clerkship is a plus.Prior law firm experience is a plus(link removed)>Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills, with the ability to draft pleadings, motions, and client communications with minimal supervision.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously in a fastpaced environment.Sound judgment, strong attention to detail, and a practical, businessoriented approach to legal issues.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including direct interaction with clients and colleagues.Collaborative, teamoriented mindset with the ability to work independently and take ownership of matters.Commitment to professional development and participation in pro bono or community service initiatives. Key Responsibilities Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, motions, briefs, and other court filings(link removed)>Support senior attorneys in case development, strategy, and client communications(link removed)>Assist with discovery, including drafting requests and responses, and reviewing evidence.Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations and trials, providing support to the litigation team.Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, experts and other stakeholders.
