You will work directly with partners on business and employment litigation, gaining hands-on experience from day one. What You'll Do: Lead Discovery: Manage all phases of discovery, including taking and defending depositions.Advocate in Court: Regularly appear for hearings, mediations, and trials.Client Ownership: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, translating complex legal issues into actionable strategy. What We're Looking For: Litigation Experience: Minimum 2 years prior litigation experience.Writing Excellence: Ability to craft persuasive, clear, and non-convoluted legal arguments.Adaptability: A "skills-first" mindset with an interest in learning new legal technologies.Bar Admission: Must be a member in good standing with the Ohio Bar.
