TRINITY ENVISION BUSINESS SERVICES LLC is seeking an Associate Attorney with over three years of litigation experience to join their team in Denver, Colorado. The firm focuses on delivering high-level results in a collaborative environment, specializing in commercial, construction, and insurance-related litigation.

Key responsibilities

  • Investigate and defend first- and third-party insurance claims
  • Handle personal injury, construction, premises liability, coverage disputes, and bad faith matters
  • Take and defend depositions
  • Draft motions
  • Attend court hearings in state and federal courts
  • Conduct legal research and prepare written analysis
  • Provide pre-litigation evaluations and client recommendations

Required skills

  • Juris Doctor from an ABA accredited law school
  • Active Colorado law license
  • 3+ years of litigation experience
  • Experience in construction matters, commercial litigation, or insurance-related litigation
  • Strong research and writing skills
  • Ability to manage a fast-paced caseload
  • Comfortable using legal technology
