Overview

Collabera is seeking an experienced Senior Manager - Architectural Design for a remote position lasting 6 months. This role involves managing renovation, conversion, and new construction projects in the hospitality sector, ensuring that they meet established design and operational standards.

Key responsibilities

  • Review architectural drawings and specifications for projects
  • Conduct property site visits and prepare Property Improvement Plans (PIP)
  • Develop creative design solutions for renovation and development projects
  • Ensure compliance with design guidelines and construction requirements
  • Manage multiple projects across various stages of development
  • Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and contractors
  • Maintain and update design documentation and prototype plans
  • Create renderings and presentation materials using design software
  • Perform site reviews for compliance with plans and standards
  • Support and mentor junior team members while improving workflows

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
  • 8-10 years of experience in commercial architecture
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Bluebeam, Adobe Acrobat, and Photoshop
  • Strong understanding of construction documents and architectural standards
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Office applications
