Overview

The Assistant Manager at 10 Fitness in Little Rock, Arkansas, is responsible for ensuring an exceptional member experience while supporting the General Manager in various operational tasks. This role emphasizes leadership, customer service, and maintaining a positive community environment, helping both members and staff reach their goals.

Key responsibilities

  • Communicate daily with the General Manager regarding staff, members, and sales
  • Assist in staffing decisions including hiring and managing employees
  • Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly meetings with employees about policies and updates
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines among all employees
  • Document and report claims regarding safety and harassment
  • Provide coaching to staff for development and future growth
  • Manage inventory and ordering of supplies
  • Achieve financial goals set by Corporate
  • Ensure all fitness equipment is operational and report maintenance issues
  • Foster a positive work environment and uphold company values
