POSITION SUMMARY The Assistant Director of Child Care is responsible for supporting the Director of Child Care in the daily operations of the Steamboat Child Care Center, a year-round center serving SSRC employees and their families. This role plays a vital part in ensuring the safety and well-being of all children, with a specific focus on infant and toddler classrooms.Key responsibilities include respectfully training and mentoring staff, supporting, and onboarding new families, and maintaining compliance with all state licensing regulations and internal policies.
