Overview

Tinsley Asphalt is looking for an experienced Asphalt Paving Foreman to lead paving and road construction operations in Estill Springs, Tennessee. In this role, you'll oversee crews while ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality in the execution of major paving contracts within a family-oriented work culture.

Key responsibilities

  • Supervise and direct asphalt paving crews, laborers, equipment operators, and truck drivers
  • Oversee asphalt laydown, compaction, grading, and traffic control activities
  • Inspect completed work for uniformity, smoothness, density, and adherence to plans

Required skills

  • 5+ years' Foreman experience in asphalt paving
  • Strong understanding of DOT and municipal paving standards
  • Leadership skills to motivate and direct crews
  • Crew leadership

What the company offers
