Overview

The Area Sales Manager for ACO, Inc. is responsible for managing sales activities related to various product lines, including ACO Drain and ACO Sport, within a designated region. The role involves creating and executing a business plan, meeting sales budgets, and collaborating with distributors to drive performance and identify new opportunities.

Key responsibilities

  • Monitor and direct territory sales performance
  • Exceed monthly and yearly sales budgets
  • Lead weekly review sessions with ISR and CSR teams
  • Identify, track, manage, and close major projects
  • Prepare and send submittal packages after receiving purchase orders
  • Establish product specifications through collaboration with architects and engineers
  • Communicate customer requirements to relevant departments
  • Provide marketing with photos and project worksheets
  • Assist with customer problem resolution
  • Participate in budget planning for the region
  • Attend and set up trade shows
  • Ensure compliance with company policies
