Job Description Job Description We are seeking an Apartment Leasing Consultant to join our team at Westminster Square Apartments! We are a small group that manages 486 apartment homes here in Marietta, and are looking for someone to jump right in and work with us. We offer many different ways of making commissions from move-ins, renewals, community policy enforcement as well as monthly goal bonuses.Responsibilities:Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) assisting the Property Manager with leasing apartment homes by conducting tours of property grounds and model apartments, superior customer service, answering calls from current residents and assisting them.Additional responsibilities include assisting with the planning and execution of resident retention programs, community activities, enforcing of community policies.Ensure apartments are move-in ready by inspecting, and adding last minute touches when appropriateFollow up with all leads and prospects that did not lease.Accurately prepare and assist new residents with all leasing paperwork (i.e. lease move-in packets, applications, lease agreements, and employment and credit checks)Ensure apartments are move-in ready by inspecting, and adding last minute touches when appropriateRespond timely to all calls, emails, and site visitsFull time 40 hour week, Must work Saturdays 10-5, Sunday off and your choice of off day on weekday. Qualifications:Previous experience property management, customer service, sales or other related fieldsFamiliarity with leasesData entryAbility to build rapport with current residents and prospectsPersonableExcellent written and verbal communication skillsOrganizational skillsComputer skills (email, data entry, excel, word) Yardi is a plus!
