Title: AP/AR SpecialistCompensation: $75,000 - $85,000Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid)Creative Financial Staffing has partnered with a growing real estate investment and management firm in Boston on their search for an AP/AR Specialist. This is a great opportunity for an experienced real estate accounting professional who enjoys a stable, collaborative environment and wants ownership of AR/AP processes within a growing portfolio.AP/AR Specialist Highlights: Competitive compensation with annual bonus potential Hybrid schedule: Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday in office; Wednesday and Friday remote Supportive, flexible culture with no micromanagement Opportunity to join a growing real estate firm ahead of major portfolio expansion Strong work-life balance and collaborative 10-person accounting team AP/AR Specialist Responsibilities: Manage accounts receivable for multiple real estate portfolios, including tenant charges, collections, and status reporting Communicate directly with tenants and property managers to ensure timely payments and accurate account updates Process accounts payable in Yardi, including invoices, check runs, tax payments, and utility payments Maintain accurate rent roll, billing, and property accounting data within Yardi Partner closely with the AP Manager and accounting leadership as portfolio volume continues to grow AP/AR Specialist Qualifications: Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Accounting 3+ years of AR/AP or property accounting experience within real estate Strong Yardi experience required Experience with tenant billing, collections, invoices, and property manager communication Real estate, property management, or commercial leasing experience required Self-directed, collaborative, and comfortable in a flexible, flat team environment
