Responsibilities: Assist experienced anodizers in the preparation and processing of metal parts through the anodizing lineLoad and unload parts onto racks and fixtures for chemical processingInspect finished parts for quality, color consistency, and coating thicknessFollow proper handling procedures for chemicals and anodizing solutionsMaintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety standardsLearn and apply surface preparation techniques including cleaning, etching, and rinsing Requirements: No prior anodizing experience required - willingness to learn is a mustAbility to follow detailed instructions and work within a team environmentBasic mechanical aptitude and attention to detailComfortable working with chemicals and wearing required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbsReliable, punctual, and committed to showing up consistentlyHigh school diploma or GED preferred About Us: Vegas Metal Finishing LLC is a trusted metal finishing provider serving the North Las Vegas area with quality anodizing and surface treatment solutions.
