Resources such as the Data Academy, language training, the Harvard Learning Center, and coaching and mentoring opportunities are available to you at all times.PrerequisitesBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, or a related field.3 to 5 years of experience developing, training, validating, and deploying machine learning models in production environments.Hands-on experience with generative AI technologies, including large language models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) architectures, or agentic systems.Strong proficiency in Python and SQL for developing analytics and AI solutions.Experience with cloud environments and development tools such as AWS, Snowflake, Git, GitHub Copilot, and Jenkins.Demonstrated ability to work on multidisciplinary initiatives that combine technical expertise with business needs.
