Overview

FC Industries Inc is looking for an experienced Aerospace Sales/Project Manager for its Dayton Precision Aerospace division. The role involves managing customer relationships, estimating projects, preparing quotes, and overseeing the manufacturing process to ensure customer requirements are met.

Key responsibilities

  • Contact customers to gather information and estimate projects
  • Prepare quotes and manage awarded business through the manufacturing process
  • Develop customer relationships with initial and follow-up visits
  • Maintain existing customers by interfacing with purchasing, engineering, and quality teams
  • Provide customer service and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Follow work instructions and manage pricing adjustments as needed

Required skills

  • Experience in aerospace sales and project management
  • Knowledge of AS9100 QMS and precision machining
  • Ability to estimate precision machined parts and manage workflow
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Familiarity with reading blueprints and tooling and machining concepts
  • Experience with direct sales and managing major accounts
