Overview

The ADA Associate/Specialist role at Larkin Benefit Administrators involves delivering high-quality leave and ADA services, focusing on interacting with clients and employees regarding leave administration and accommodations. This position is primarily remote but requires occasional in-person attendance to the office once established in Oklahoma City.

Key responsibilities

  • Administer a full workload of ADA cases and associated leaves of absence for multiple clients.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding ADA cases and leave requests.
  • Engage in the interactive discussion process for accommodation requests.
  • Provide excellent customer service through timely communication with clients and employees.
  • Coordinate with Claim Specialists to ensure timely adjudication of claims.
  • Draft letters regarding leave entitlement and disability benefits.
  • Maintain high-quality records of employee leave and ADA files.
  • Participate in team meetings and training programs.
  • Be prepared to take on additional work as needed.
