Overview

The Junior Accountant will support day-to-day accounting and financial operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting and streamlined finance workflows across multiple startup clients. This role involves collaborating with team members to improve operational processes and working with modern finance platforms and automation tools.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist with preparing and analyzing financial statements, reports, and accounting records
  • Support bookkeeping activities, reconciliations, and month-end finance processes
  • Organize and maintain financial data across accounting systems and finance tools
  • Collaborate with team members to improve operational workflows and reporting accuracy
  • Work within modern finance platforms, automation tools, and AI-enabled workflows
