Job Description

Overview

As an Account Manager at LSG Sky Chefs in Jamaica, New York, you will serve as a key liaison between the Customer Service Center and airline partners, ensuring their expectations are met through effective communication and collaboration. Your role will involve overseeing menu coordination, service execution, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety in catering operations.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with assigned accounts
  • Ensure accurate billing and provisioning to the airline
  • Maintain daily par levels and inventory control according to customer standards
  • Ensure timely equipment inventory management
  • Support timely departure of flights following catering guidelines
  • Monitor compliance with customer specifications and safety policies
  • Coordinate and participate in customer evaluations and feedback processes
  • Assist Executive Chef in menu presentations as needed
  • Track quality scores and manage customer inventory levels
  • Guide and develop subordinate employees

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in a related field
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Understanding and meeting customer expectations
  • Proven understanding of product and labor cost variances
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows applications
  • Korean speaking is a plus
