Overview

The Account Executive - PBM position at Southern Scripts involves maintaining and expanding relationships with customers, vendors, and internal contacts in a fully remote setting. The role focuses on enhancing client satisfaction and promoting business growth within the Pharmacy Benefit Management industry.

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain and expand relationships with customers and vendors
  • Develop professional relationships and establish goodwill
  • Solve problems and resolve issues independently
  • Coordinate internal and external resources to meet account performance objectives
  • Lead account management processes and ensure smooth customer experiences
  • Assist in securing new accounts and managing onboarding processes

  • Abide by HIPAA related obligations for Protected Health Information
  • Demonstrate competency in required HIPAA Training
