Overview

Sightpath Medical is seeking an Account Executive - Field to drive sales and account management for their medical services, focusing on cataract and LASIK solutions. The role demands effective territory management and relationship building to meet sales objectives within the assigned region of Richmond, Virginia.

Key responsibilities

  • Achieve or exceed budgeted sales and profitability targets
  • Develop and manage business relationships in the territory
  • Maintain and utilize the SPM CRM System
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Conduct regular Business Reviews with existing customers
  • Prepare targeted presentations for customers
  • Manage territory pipeline for new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams and manufacturers

Required skills

  • 5-7 years of proven territory sales experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong business and financial acumen
  • Knowledge of the ophthalmologic or medical services industry
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM
  • Experience with MS Office tools
  • Bachelors Degree required
