Overview

RSC2 is seeking two 35M Trainers to join their team in Fort Huachuca, AZ. This role involves designing and delivering training programs for Military Police personnel, ensuring adherence to military standards and operational requirements.

Key responsibilities

  • Design and develop comprehensive training programs aligned with military standards
  • Deliver training sessions on law enforcement techniques, military regulations, use of force procedures, physical fitness, and leadership development
  • Provide hands-on instruction in weapons proficiency, tactical maneuvers, crowd control, and detainee operations
  • Assess trainee performance through practical exercises, simulations, and written evaluations
  • Provide constructive feedback and guidance for improvement
  • Regularly review and update training materials and lesson plans to ensure relevance
  • Ensure training activities comply with safety protocols and regulations

Required skills

  • Secret or Secret Interim clearance
  • 4 years of MOS operational experience as a 35M or 351M
  • Experience conducting HUMINT intelligence operations
  • Completion of military courses 35M or 351M
  • Ability to work in varied terrain and weather conditions
