This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, learns quickly, and can step in where the team needs support to keep production running smoothly.You will be trained to work in several areas and move between them based on daily production needs.Hours:1st Shift 5:00 am-3:30 pm, Monday-Thursday (Fridays as needed)What You'll DoDepending on daily needs, you may be assigned to:Machine Operation:Operate manufacturing equipment including turret and bending machinesMonitor output and adjust machine settings to maintain qualityVisually inspect parts or use measuring tools and fixturesPackaging & Shipping:Wrap, box, crate, and palletize productsStretch wrap and prepare items for shipmentOperate power tools and hand toolsInspect finished products to ensure they meet specificationsPowder Coat & Wash Prep:Prep and paint parts using powder coating equipmentWash and degrease parts using pressure sprayersLoad/unload parts and follow spray patternsMonitor and maintain finish qualityGeneral Responsibilities:Read production paperwork, diagrams, and specificationsPerform basic troubleshooting and problem solvingMaintain a clean and safe work areaSupport teammates and move between departments as neededPerform other duties as assignedWhat We're Looking ForHigh school diploma or equivalent0-1+ years of manufacturing experience preferredAbility to read work instructions, diagrams, and production paperworkComfortable using hand tools, power tools, and production equipmentStrong attention to detail and qualityWillingness to learn multiple jobs and float between departmentsAbility to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background checkResponsible team player willing to float to where the work isPhysical RequirementsContinuous standing, walking, bending, and reachingMust be able to kneel, stoop, and sit as neededMust be able to work in hot and cold manufacturing environmentsAbility to lift and carry up to 50 lbsWhy This Is a Great Opportunity• $1,000 sign-on bonus• No weekends - great work-life balance• Competitive pay + opportunities for overtime• Strong benefits & paid time off• Friendly, team-oriented environment• Opportunity to learn powder coating, paint booth, and wash prep processes• Personal and professional growth potentialBenefitsCompetitive pay based on experiencePaid Time Off (PTO)Nine (9) paid holidaysMedical, Dental, and Vision insurance401(k) with company matchFriendly, collaborative team environmentOpportunities for training, growth, and advancementRequirements: Company Description Valley Craft is a company based in Minnesota.
