The group operates eight Australian lifestyle brands across approximately 20 countries, with around 1,300 stores and 20,000 team members. Its portfolio includes brands such as Cotton On, Cotton On Body, Cotton On Kids, Factorie, Typo, Rubi, Supre and Supré-related lifestyle offerings.
The company began in Geelong, with its first Cotton On store opening in 1991, after founder Nigel Austin began selling denim jackets in 1988. Today, the group operates a large international retail network covering Australia, New Zealand, the United States, United Kingdom, Singapore, South Africa, Brazil, Malaysia, Thailand, Hong Kong and other markets.
