Overview

The Youth Development Specialist position, located in Hershey, PA, involves married couples serving as Full-time Flex Houseparents for students at Milton Hershey School. This role requires couples to provide care, guidance, and support to groups of students in a structured home environment, emphasizing academic, emotional, and social development.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students
  • Manage household routines and student schedules
  • Administer medications and ensure student wellness
  • Drive students to activities and engage in developmental activities
  • Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel
  • Oversee budgeting and household reporting

Required skills
