Overview

Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to become Full-time Flex Houseparents in Hershey, PA. In this role, couples will provide care, supervision, and mentorship to a small group of students, fostering an environment that supports their academic, emotional, and social development.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students
  • Manage household routines and student schedules
  • Administer medications and ensure student wellness
  • Drive students to activities and engage in developmental and recreational activities
  • Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Chapel
  • Oversee budgeting and household reporting

Required skills

  • Experience working or volunteering with youth
  • Valid U.S. driver's license
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Strong integrity and professionalism
  • Comfort in leading daily devotions
