Milton Hershey School (MHS), located in Hershey, PA, is seeking married couples to fill the role of Youth Development Specialists as Full-time Flex Houseparents. In this impactful position, couples will provide care, guidance, and support for a group of 8-13 students, fostering a structured, family-like environment that promotes their academic and personal development.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students
  • Manage household routines and student schedules
  • Administer medications and ensure student wellness
  • Drive students to activities and engage in developmental and recreational activities
  • Lead daily devotions and attend Sunday Chapel with students
  • Oversee budgeting and household reporting
