Job Description

Overview

Lighthouse CH is seeking passionate Behavior Technicians to provide in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children on the autism spectrum. This role focuses on building meaningful relationships while implementing personalized therapy plans under the guidance of a BCBA, contributing directly to the children's growth and quality of life.

Key responsibilities

  • Implement ABA therapy techniques under BCBA supervision
  • Deliver high-energy, personalized therapy sessions
  • Teach and reinforce social, communication, and behavioral skills
  • Build positive relationships with clients and families
  • Conduct assessments, collect data, and track progress
  • Collaborate with BCBA and interdisciplinary team
  • Communicate with parents and caregivers
  • Maintain accurate documentation of sessions and data
  • Engage in ongoing training and professional development

Required skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in ABA therapy preferred but not required
  • Strong communication skills
