Job Description

Overview

Dynamic Equipment is seeking a driven and reliable Yard Technician to maintain a clean, safe, and organized yard for efficient customer service and equipment management. This role involves assisting customers with equipment check-in and check-out, as well as maintaining the overall condition of the yard.

Key responsibilities

  • Prepare equipment for client delivery or pick-up by cleaning with a power washer
  • Assist with loading and unloading equipment
  • Provide basic training to customers as needed
  • Fuel and meter equipment upon check-in
  • Record fuel logs and other information
  • Stage equipment for deliveries
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety of the yard
  • Ensure rental equipment is properly tagged and has required keys
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Required skills

  • Good organizational skills

  • Customer service oriented
  • Basic computer skills
  • Valid State issued Driver's License
  • Self-motivated and detail oriented
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Experience in equipment operation is helpful but not required
