As a leading Yamaha outboard dealer, we are looking for a knowledgeable and driven Yamaha Outboard Sales Specialist to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for someone who understands both the sales and technical side of outboard motors.Position Overview:We are seeking an organized, bilingual (English/Spanish) professional with strong Yamaha product knowledge and the ability to manage both customer relationships and inventory planning. This role requires close coordination with Yamaha, our internal sales and service teams, and active participation in boat shows and events.Key Responsibilities:Sell Yamaha outboard engines and related products to retail and wholesale customersProvide expert guidance on motor selection, rigging, and applicationsMaintain strong working relationships with Yamaha factory representativesManage annual motor ordering and maintain proper stock inventory levels for the dealershipWork closely with the service department to ensure seamless customer experience and technical accuracyAssist customers in person, over the phone, and via email with professionalism and product expertiseStay current on Yamaha products, updates, and industry trendsParticipate in and support dealership presence at boat shows, events, and promotionsMaintain an organized workspace and manage multiple tasks efficientlyUtilize computer systems for inventory, ordering, and customer managementQualifications:Bilingual (English & Spanish) requiredStrong knowledge of Yamaha outboards (required)Working knowledge of outboard service, rigging, and partsExperience with inventory management and annual ordering processesStrong organizational and multitasking skillsAbility to work collaboratively with sales and service teamsProfessional communication and customer service skillsComputer proficiency (inventory systems, email, basic software)Willingness to work dealership hours, including weekends, boat shows, and eventsAbility to navigate and post on social media channelsBenefits:Competitive compensation based on experienceMedical insurancePaid vacation (after one year)Employee discounts on marine products and servicesOpportunity to grow within a respected, family-run dealershipHow to Apply:If you are a motivated, knowledgeable Yamaha professional who thrives in a fast-paced marine environment, we want to hear from you.
