Overview

Pacific Life is looking for a Workforce Benefits Sales Consultant to support the growth of Broker Distribution in South Florida. This fully remote role requires a skilled sales professional to establish and expand relationships within the broker community, contributing to significant revenue growth in the Workforce Benefits market.

Key responsibilities

  • Support the creation and execution of a strategy for Broker Distribution to meet sales, retention, and profitability objectives.
  • Build and advance local broker relationships to drive sales.
  • Conduct broker meetings weekly and manage RFP pipelines.
  • Educate the broker community on Pacific Life's Group Benefits value proposition.
  • Collaborate with underwriting, product, and compliance teams to ensure alignment with broker relationships.
  • Participate in industry events and community activities to stay updated on trends.

Required skills

  • 5+ years of experience in group benefits sales.
  • Strong relationship management and broker engagement skills.
  • Proficient in market analysis and sales strategy.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
