Overview

Pacific Life is looking for a skilled sales professional to support Broker Distribution within its Workforce Benefits organization. This role, which is 100% remote, focuses on building relationships, executing broker-specific strategies, and driving sales growth in the North Florida marketplace.

Key responsibilities

  • Support the creation and execution of a strategy for Broker Distribution
  • Meet annual sales goals established by sales leadership
  • Partner with Workforce Benefits Distribution resources to deliver the benefits story to brokers
  • Strengthen and grow broker relationships
  • Conduct an appropriate number of broker meetings per week
  • Drive a pipeline of RFPs per month
  • Build and advance local broker relationships to increase brand presence
  • Maintain connections with underwriting, product, and compliance teams
  • Utilize tools and partners for growth objectives
  • Participate in ongoing industry and community activities

Required skills

  • 5+ years in group benefits sales
  • Established presence in the broker marketplace
  • College degree in business management, finance, or risk management
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with stakeholders
  • Entrepreneurial approach to innovative ideas
  • Integrity and transparency in decision-making
  • Self-awareness and commitment to continuous improvement
