Overview

Messerli Kramer, a established law firm in the Twin Cities, is seeking a full-time Workflow Analyst for their Plymouth, MN location. This role involves creating and maintaining workflows, managing work queues, and collaborating with attorneys and staff to align system workflows with firm procedures.

Key responsibilities

  • Create and maintain workflow within the system of record
  • Create work queues for end users
  • Modify user rights and roles
  • Attend meetings with subject matter experts to design and modify workflow processes
  • Execute Crystal Reports
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Required skills

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Degree in related field (preferred)
  • Experience in Legal industry (a plus)
  • Workflow management
  • Data analysis
  • Legal process understanding
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Crystal Reports creation and design or basic SQL knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills
