We are seeking candidates who reside in the Bay Area, California. Leveraging your medical expertise, you will assess, plan, evaluate, and implement treatment plans aimed at the injured employee's recovery and timely return to work. Your responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive assessments, coordinating medical appointments and ancillary services, and ensuring seamless communication among all parties involved.QualificationsA California Registered Nursing (RN) License and/or CCM Certification is preferredExceptional communication skills with the ability to foster productive relationshipsAbility to thrive in an independent, remote work environmentProficient computer skills using Microsoft Office ProgramsWorkers' Compensation Case Management Experience is desiredBilingual Spanish-speaking is preferredAn Advanced Nursing Degree is preferredAvailability to attend appointments throughout the Bay Area, CaliforniaIn-depth knowledge of workers' compensation regulations and protocols is preferred
