Joye Law Firm is seeking a passionate and highly motivated Workers' Compensation Case Manager to join their dynamic team in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. This full-time role involves providing exceptional legal representation and support to clients while upholding the firm's core values of bravery, commitment to the greater good, compassion, and a desire for continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional client service through regular updates on case status via phone, text, and email.
  • Review documents for accuracy and maintain thorough documentation in the case management system.
  • Manage the retrieval and processing of medical records.
  • Maintain physical custody of the file, ensuring it is organized and updated.
  • Assist the assigned attorney with professional tasks related to case management.

Required skills

  • 3+ years of verifiable experience as a Claimant's Workers' Compensation Paralegal
  • Paralegal Certificate preferred but not required
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook
  • Experience with Needles Case Management software
  • Strong client communication skills
  • Ability to understand and interpret legal documents
