Key responsibilities

  • Providing exceptional client service through various communication methods
  • Reviewing documents for accuracy
  • Maintaining documentation in the case management system
  • Managing the retrieval and processing of medical records
  • Keeping case files organized and updated
  • Providing professional assistance to the attorney assigned to the file

Required skills

  • 3 years of experience as a Claimant's Workers' Compensation Paralegal
  • Effective communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook
  • Experience with Needles Case Management software
  • Ability to interpret legal documents and write routine correspondence
  • Mathematical skills for computation and graph interpretation
  • Organizational skills and empathy
