Overview

MCI is seeking Work From Home Inbound Contact Centre Agents to deliver responsive and empathetic customer support. This remote position is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others while working independently in a tech-enabled business environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Receive and respond to inbound customer calls
  • Assist with inquiries, complaints, and service requests
  • Provide clear and accurate information about products and services
  • Log all customer interactions in the system
  • Follow company protocols and escalate issues when necessary

Required skills

  • Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Previous outbound sales or call center experience preferred
