Key responsibilities

  • Perform measurements to ensure dimensional accuracy
  • Collaborate with Quality Control and Assembly teams
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety standards

Required skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to read technical drawings and measurements
  • Experience with hand tools and power tools
  • Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for long periods
  • Strong time management and troubleshooting skills
  • Valid driver's license with clean record
  • Experience with hardware brands (e.g., Schlage, Von Duprin)
  • CNC router experience
  • Forklift certification or material handling experience
  • Familiarity with fire-rated openings and ADA compliance
