Overview

A community health group in the Los Angeles region is seeking Women's Health Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants for a full-time permanent role. The position is dedicated to serving low-income and underserved patients in the Downtown LA/Long Beach area, focusing on outpatient care.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide care for low-income, underserved, and indigent patients
  • Manage women's health, OBGYN, and perinatal care
  • Work full-time, Monday-Friday from 8am to 5pm with no call or weekends
  • See approximately 20-24 patients per day

Required skills

  • Women's Health Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant certification
  • Perinatal experience (pre- and post-partum and pregnancy)
  • At least one year of OBGYN experience
  • FNP or other relevant NP certifications
