Job Description Job Description Wiring Technician - Contract To Hire We are seeking skilled Control Panel wiring technicians who have manufactured and built from the ground up control panels. Shift of the Wiring Technician: 1st Monday-Friday 7AM-3:30PM Pay Rate of the Wiring Technician: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour Responsibilities of the Wiring Technician:Operate equipment to assemble productFollow schematics to wire productsRecord accurate production and traceability information as requiredComplete equipment set-up/changeover configurationsComplete cycle countsParticipate in cross-training of processes as assignedInspect own work and inspect work of others to ensure the reduction of defects and enhanced product qualityAbility to connect 1 to 3 gauge wires to PCB Testing using a grid simulatorQualifications of the Wiring Technician:High School Diploma or GED.Control Panel wiring experience 3+ yearsAbility to do basic math.Ability to read, write, and understand the local language.Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds/23 kilos on a daily continuous basis.
