Overview

Noble Casing Inc is seeking a Wireline Engineer to oversee operations and ensure exceptional service quality in oilfield operations. This role involves managing field supplies, training personnel, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

  • Oversee operations for timely execution of work for customers
  • Engage with management and field personnel to ensure service quality
  • Manage and control field supplies and inventory
  • Conduct daily safety meetings and communicate hazards
  • Ensure compliance with ATF, IFC, DOT, and HazMat regulations
  • Train and develop Wireline Operators and field personnel
  • Maintain required certifications and compliance for self and crew
  • Lead by example with strong leadership and safety practices

Required skills

  • Minimum of 3 years of oilfield experience
  • Proficient in written and verbal communication
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Knowledge of safety and quality regulations
  • CDL with HazMat endorsement
  • Ability to operate Wireline Cased-hole Logging services
  • Computer knowledge and ability to learn new software
