Overview

The Wildlife Sales & Service Technician at PEST END INC is a hybrid role that focuses on generating wildlife service revenue through lead management, sales, and service execution within a designated territory. The position requires a mix of strong sales abilities and technical wildlife knowledge to effectively manage customer relationships, diagnose wildlife issues, and perform service work including exclusion, trapping, and repair.

Key responsibilities

  • Run inbound and assigned leads, responding promptly and professionally.
  • Prospect for new wildlife business through networking and community outreach.
  • Conduct inspections and assessments to identify wildlife activity and damage.
  • Present service solutions and close sales by securing signed agreements.
  • Perform wildlife control services, ensuring safety and professionalism.
  • Implement humane wildlife control techniques and carry out exclusion work.
  • Serve as the primary contact for customers throughout the service process.
  • Accurately document inspections and service notes in company systems.
  • Maintain compliance with state wildlife regulations and company safety protocols.
  • Participate in team meetings and support the Wildlife Team with additional services.

Required skills

  • PAC Licensed in Massachusetts
  • Sales expertise and proven ability to sell services
  • Customer service and relationship-building skills
  • Technical wildlife knowledge and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience with lead generation and project management
  • Ability to operate power tools and work with ladders
  • 2+ years of experience in wildlife control, pest control, or related fields
