Overview

As the Wholesale Experience & Events Associate for Julie Vos, you will be responsible for executing and enhancing the brand experience through various events including in-store events, group dinners, and showroom activities. Your role is crucial in delivering exceptional hospitality and customer experiences that strengthen partnerships with wholesale partners.

Key responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute wholesale showroom events and group dinners
  • Manage catering, rentals, staffing, décor, and event logistics
  • Create and manage budgets for events
  • Serve as on-site host for events, ensuring a polished guest experience
  • Maintain showroom hospitality standards
  • Coordinate event calendars and timelines
  • Manage attendee lists and invitations for trade show dinners
  • Develop and maintain a 'Retailer Event Playbook'
  • Execute visual merchandising initiatives across retail partners
  • Troubleshoot installation or delivery issues as needed

Required skills

  • 3-5 years of experience in event planning, client support, customer service, hospitality, or retail operations
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and project management skills
  • Highly organized with attention to detail
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Customer service mindset
  • Experience coordinating logistics including travel and vendor management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Teams, and Slack
