Overview

Aya Locums is seeking an experienced Women's Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP) or Midwife in Allen, Texas for locum coverage starting ASAP. The position involves providing outpatient antepartum and gynecological care in collaboration with OBGYNs and other healthcare professionals.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide outpatient antepartum and gynecological care
  • See OB patients in an outpatient setting
  • Perform IUD Placement and Removal
  • Conduct patient education and management
  • Work alongside OBGYNs, Certified Nurse Midwives, and a licensed clinical social worker

Required skills

  • Board-Certified WHNP
  • Active Texas Medical License and DEA
  • Experience in OB/GYN care
  • Clinical assessment skills
  • Family planning and emergency care capabilities
