Overview

is seeking an organized and customer-focused Remote Family Vacation and Theme Park Coordinator. This position assists clients with researching and coordinating family vacations, theme park visits, accommodations, transportation, dining, and related activities. The coordinator will gather client preferences, prepare suitable travel options, maintain accurate reservation records, and communicate important details throughout the planning process. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable assisting families in a professional remote environment. Key Responsibilities Communicate with clients to understand their destinations, travel dates, budgets, family needs, and vacation preferences. Research theme park admission options, accommodations, flights, ground transportation, dining, and recreational activities. Prepare organized vacation options and itineraries based on each client's stated needs. Assist with reservations, payment schedules, dining arrangements, and applicable park-planning details. Review guest names, dates, prices, confirmation numbers, and reservation information for accuracy. Explain supplier policies, cancellation terms, deadlines, and other relevant travel information. Monitor reservations and notify clients of applicable schedule or itinerary changes. Communicate professionally through telephone, email, video meetings, and approved messaging systems. Coordinate with travel suppliers when assistance or clarification is required. Maintain accurate client profiles, reservation notes, and follow-up records. Protect confidential client and payment information according to company procedures. Provide courteous support before, during, and after each client's vacation. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Basic computer skills, including the ability to use email, internet browsers, online forms, video-conferencing platforms, and common office applications. Ability to learn and navigate online reservation and customer-management systems. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organization, time-management, and attention-to-detail skills. Professional and customer-focused approach. Ability to research and compare multiple travel options accurately. Ability to manage multiple client requests and meet established deadlines. Reliable internet access and a suitable remote workspace. Ability to work independently while following company policies and procedures. Availability to work the stated schedule, including occasional evenings or weekends if required. Legally authorized to work in the United States. Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, administration, family travel, or vacation planning is preferred but not required.
