Key responsibilities

  • Weld aluminum, steel, and stainless-steel components using MIG and bench welding techniques.
  • Grind welds and finish products according to specifications.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical documents.
  • Set up and assemble components for welding tasks.
  • Follow safety rules and maintain a clean work environment.
  • Complete company-sponsored welding training program.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors.
  • Strive for quality improvements and minimal waste in production.
