Job Description Job Description We are seeking an experienced hands on welding manufacturing supervisor to lead our welding and fabrication team. In this role, you will oversee daily production, ensure strict adherence to safety and quality standards, and mentor team members to maintain high quality output. If you have a strong welding fabrication skills and a proven track record of leadership in manufacturing environment, We want to hear from you!Compensation and schedule:Pay rate: $20-30 per hour depending on experienceSchedule: full time, 40 hours per weekHours: 8-hour shifts, starting at 6:00 AMLocation: Mount DoraKey Responsibilities:Team leadership:Lead, manage, and mentor a team of welders, fabricators, and support staff.Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedbackHold the team accountable to production in quality standardsProduction & OperationsCoordinate daily activities to ensure production targets and deadlines are metOversee welding and fabrication process to ensure work is completed to specifications4 Monitor workflow, resource allocation, and staffing levels to optimize productivityTroubleshoot operational issues quickly and maintain proper inventory levels of materials and toolsSafety & QualityPromote and enforce safety policies to maintain a clean, safe work environmentSupport safety initiatives, meetings, audits, and incident investigationsWork closely with the quality assurance team to inspect welds and correct defectsInsure all equipment including robotic programming is properly maintained and calibratedQualifications & RequirementsProven experience as the supervisor or lead in a welding manufacturing environment2 years experience welding and fabrication skillsFamiliarity with welding equipment maintenance, calibration, and robotics Company Description Staffing Agency Company Description Staffing Agency
