Overview

The Welding Director at Tulsa Welding School, Inc. is responsible for ensuring high levels of student and faculty satisfaction, compliance with academic policies, and the effective training and retention of instructors. This leadership role aims to improve student retention and program effectiveness while adhering to the organization's core values of innovative education and community building.

Key responsibilities

  • Ensure syllabi goals and phase objectives are met
  • Monitor and update all curriculum materials and resources
  • Coordinate PAC meetings and implement changes as needed
  • Organize recruiting events and instructor training programs
  • Attend industry association meetings and participate as needed
  • Conduct faculty recruitment, hiring, and onboarding
  • Monitor and manage instructor performance metrics
  • Lead efforts to improve student retention and satisfaction
  • Ensure compliance with academic policies and procedures
  • Participate in curriculum updates to align with industry standards
